12 & 14 & Under Divisions: 6:00pm-7:15pm
When: November 1st, 3rd, 8th & 10th. 
(Top Players to be posted on Website!)

15 & Over Divisions: 7:45pm-9:00pm
When: November 8th, 10th, 15th & 17th 
(Top Players to be posted on Website!)

Where:   All Tryouts to be held @ 
               Tulare County Fairgrounds
               215 Martin Luther King Jr.
               Tulare, Ca. 93274
              (Home Arts Building #1)

Cost of Tryouts:
$30.00 fee (Pre-Registered)
$40.00 fee (Day Of)

*Must mail in pre-registered payment 
by Oct. 31st, 2010 

*Please make all checks payable to: Paul or Suzie Silva

Parent Meetings: Monday, Nov. 1st & 8th (7:20pm-7:40pm)

*All paperwork and fees are due Nov. 17th! 

*The cut-off date for the age of a player to remain in a certain division is September 1, 2011.
