When: November 10th, 12th, 17th & 19th.

15 & Over Divisions: 7:45pm-9:00pm
When: November 10th, 12th, 17th & 19th

               Tulare, Ca. 93274

Cost of Tryouts:
$30.00 fee (Pre-Registered)
$40.00 fee (Day Of)

*Must mail in pre-registered payment 
by Nov. 1st, 2009 

*Please make all checks payable to: Paul or Suzie Silva

Parent Meetings: Tuesday, Nov. 10th & 17th (7:20pm-7:40pm)

*All paperwork and fees are due Nov. 17th! 

*The cut-off date for the age of a player to remain in a certain division is September 1, 2010.
